Summer Evening Reset

Gentle Stretching, Pranayama & Yoga Nidra

Join me for a gentle evening of movement, breath and deep rest.

As we move through the height of summer, this 90-minute session offers an opportunity to steo away from the busyness of daily life and create space to pause, reconnect and restore.

We will begine with gentle stretching to ease tension from the body, followed by pranayama (breathwork) practices to encourage calm and presence. The evening will conclude with a guided Yoga Nidra practice, often described as a state of conscious rest, allowing body and mind to settle deeply.

Following the session there will be time to enjoy a soothing herbal tea and some quiet reflection before returning home.

Reconnect with your body and mind as you escape the noise of everyday life.
