Hypnobirthing uses relaxation, breathwork and subconscious techniques to support a positive and grounded birth experience, helping reduce fear, tension and overwhelm.

Sessions are tailored to you while following a structured four-session course for yourself and a birthing partner, designed to help you build confidence, deepen relaxation techniques , and feel more prepared as you approach birth.

Past Life Regression

I also offer past life regression for those who feel drawn to explore this work.

This can be a reflective and exploratory process, offering insight into patterns, emotions, or experiences that may feel unresolved.

This approach is always guided gently

and at a pace that feels safe.
