Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient and traditional (yes we’re going back to the Egyptians and Ancient China here) non-invasive, relaxing treatment which stimulates the reflex points on the feet and hands. These points connect to every organ in the body. Therefore reflexology is able to treat chronic and acute conditions, provide pain relief, alleviate stress, anxiety and depression amongst many other things. Over a course of treatments reflexology has been proven to assist with many conditions that we all face today. As a singular treatment it can be deeply relaxing and induce the most amazing nights sleep.

Therapeutic Massage

Massage can relieve pain and stiffness in the muscles and increase the mobility of the joints. It also improves blood flow, lymphatic drainage and skin condition. Furthermore it gives a sense of tranquillity, calmness and positive well-being. We use many different massage techniques tailored to the individual needs of the client. On a side note….I wonder if you know that massage was one of Hippocrates main points of healthcare alongside ‘right’ diet and exercise?

Reflexology and Massage Combos

Over the years we have found that many clients like, and are suited to, combine treatments to meet their needs in a session so we offer the following combinations:

60 minute treatment which includes a 30 min back, neck and shoulder massage plus a 30 min reflexology treatment £60.00

90 minute treatment which includes a 60 minute full body massage and a 30 minute reflexology treatment £85.00

Indian Head Massage

A traditional method both stimulating and healing. This wonderful therapeutic treatment will leave you with a sense of calmness and positive wellbeing, alleviating stress, relieving pain and stiffness in the head, neck and shoulder areas whilst increasing energy levels and improving circulation and lymphatic systems.

30 minute treatment £40.00

Cupping

Re-energise your body with Cupping Therapy- a powerful treatment that boosts circulation, relieves sore muscles, and supports faster recovery. Ideal for easing pain, stiffness, and everyday stress.

60 minute cupping massage £60.00

Yoga/Yoga Nidra

Private Breath-Based Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra sessions available

1-1 £50.00 per hour (location at my therapy room in Stow-on-the-Wold or at client home)

1-2 £50.00 per hour (location will be assessed for suitability)

1-4 and more £55 per hour (location will be assessed for suitability)

As a Bach Flower remedy practitioner I can advise, following a consultation, on specific flower remedies that would be suitable for individual needs. Please enquire for further information on booking a session.

Home visits are possible within a 10 mile radius of Stow on the Wold however there is a travelling time and costs fee of £20 in addition to treatment costs as shown above.

Student discount is available at a 20% discount per individual treatment.
